Actual festival held in Allendale SC. Now for those that didn't know...... a "Cooter" is a turtle (or at least one type of cooter is). For those that are more familiar with another type of "Cooter" aka "Cootchie"....this is just plain funny. We want to watch the annual "Cooter Race"!!
